Here at MOWA Choctaw Friends Center we offer housing for those who offer their services for periods of time from a weekend to a week or however God is calling you! You can serve by becoming involved in the Summer ministry SOUL offered by North Carolina Yearly Meeting. You can also hold a work project week! We are aways needing help completeing projects or even beginning new ones! Your group or church can host your own summer camp whether that be a music ministry, a vacation bible school, sports camp, leadership camp or anything new you would like to try! We encourage groups to visit during holiday breaks over winter, spring breaks, and vacations. We would love to show you the MOWA community and what it has to offer you and what you have to offer it! If you visit the PROGRAMS tab you can look at the programs we offer and how you may be able to serve their, wether it be by time, money or prayer.
If you decide to visit and stay with us we have housing in the lodge year around and we offer housing in the school building in the summer or over holiday breaks.
Our Facility can house up to 60 people with bedrooms, classrooms, dining areas, full bathrooms, and plenty of shared space to use inside and out.
